Etsy: Shop from Real People 7.99.0: what changed
The notes frame Etsy as a shopping companion you can take along, with attention to new items and flash sales from shops you follow. The app also brings seller conversations, order tracking, and a broad range of independent-shop finds together.
What changed
- 01Keep Etsy close while away
The update’s wording puts mobile access at the center: Etsy can stay with you while you are out and about. That is useful if you want to revisit a favorite shop or browse for a particular item between other tasks. The app’s marketplace covers handmade, vintage, personalized, and designed goods from independent sellers.
- 02Keep an eye on new items
A favorite seller may add something that catches your eye, and the notes encourage keeping Etsy nearby so you do not miss a new item. For browsing, the app spans home goods, vintage and new clothes, jewelry, accessories, original art, collectibles, and craft supplies. Search and filters can help narrow the marketplace to a kind of item or budget.
- 03Stay close to shop sales
If you follow a small shop, the notes present Etsy as a way to keep up with its flash sales while you are on the go. The app’s description also highlights curated offers and deals, plus favorites and collections for keeping interesting finds together. Use those options to make browsing more manageable when you are weighing a few purchases.
