Tips
- Plan posts across both accounts
Use the post tools to create and schedule content for your Facebook Page and Instagram account. Before setting a schedule, review the copy and any media you plan to share, then check that the intended account is included. A regular planning session can make it easier to keep posts and stories organized alongside other business tasks.
- Keep customer replies together
Check the app’s combined messages and comments area when you are responding to customers. You can also use automated responses to save time on common interactions, while making sure the reply suits the person and the conversation. For more direct contact, the app description also lists real-time calls to customers and contacts.
- Use insights to shape content
Review insights about how people interact with your posts, stories, and ads. Look at those details when deciding what kind of content to make next, and consider them alongside your business goals rather than relying on one interaction alone. The app also includes notifications and a to-do list for keeping track of what needs attention.
Menu names follow the developer's help pages and can differ slightly between versions and phones.
How we write the digest
Each week we check the Google Play listings of the apps our readers use most: the version number, the update date and the developer's What's new notes. When an app has a new version, we put the developer's update notes and the listing details together on one page, in plain words, with a link to the official Google Play listing. Google and most developers release updates in stages over several days, so a version listed here may not have reached your phone yet. GoCompareNow is an independent site and is not affiliated with any developer. This page doesn't read your phone or your Google account, and nothing is installed from here.
FAQ
Is this the official list of Meta Business Suite changes?
No. This is an independent site and is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. The app’s Google Play page is the authority for its listing and update information. For the current app details, visit that page and compare them with what Google Play shows for the app on your device.
Why does Google Play show Open instead of Update?
Google Play may show Open when the update is not currently offered for your account or device, including during a staged rollout. Check the app’s Play page again later. If the page offers an update, you can install it there; if it still shows Open, you can continue using the installed app.
Can I manage Instagram and Facebook Page content together?
Yes. Meta Business Suite is described as a way to create, schedule, and manage posts and stories across a Facebook Page and an Instagram account. It also brings messages and comments together, so you can handle content planning and customer conversations in the same app.
